Hi,
I have a couple of questions about my Dstream.
When I turned on it, STATUS LED in green is flashing for a couple of minutes(sometime >5 minutes) and then turns on in green. Is something wrong?
It's connected to DUT thru JTAG 20 pin connector. #1 pin of JTAG signal(VTref) shows 3.3V on DUT, but VTREF and TARGET LEDs are off. Is it Dstream unit or prob unit problem?
On Device Manager in Windows 10, two DSTREAM items are recognized. I can connect it thru Development Suit(2020-1.1), but can't sometime. Any suggestion?
Thank you for your help!
