Can I use Base_FVP to boot fullfledged OS?

Hi,

    Actually i am using the Base_RevC_AEMvA_pkg FVP and also build the EDK II (UEFI) Firmware and arm-tf. But it does not boot the fullfledged OS. Any way to do this properly by using the manually build Firmware.
