is there any IDE is available for APPLE OS BIG SUR

i am a newbie in arm development. i am using APPLE MACBOOK AIR M1 with OS BIG SUR. i can't find any type of IDE available for BIG SUR. i've tried many tutorials and pages but didn't find any so can anyone help me.
