IoT connectivity courses

People,

I´m staring at the desing of fridge and stoves connectivity by BLE,WiFi and sigfox, so I would like to know a good starting course for IoT development with ARMs.

Do you know any good course. I doesn´t have to be free anyway.

May be worthwhile starting off with security aspects and ensuring they are designed in from the start - https://developer.arm.com/support/training/arm-psa-threat-model-analysis may be a good place to start...
