Unable to update firmware on Musca A board

I am unable to update Musca A firmware using procedure given on this link

I was wondering if I might be missing something?

I was able to remove the old firmware but the new firmware does not
power on the board anymore and power LED turns on light green with no
effect when PBON is pressed.

Kindly advise I am stuck.
