Running Android 7 or 8 on Juno Board

I want to ask if the ARM Juno board has support to run Android 7 or 8 along side OPTEE.

The Arm Platforms deliverables allow you to install Android 8 Oreo on top of a complete reference software stack including firmware (Trusted Firmware TF-A), trusted operating system (OP-TEE), and boot loader (U-Boot).
