Is there a windows hosted gcc 8.2.0 cross compiler for aarch64-none-linux-gnu available for download? It is missing on the download site (developer.arm.com/.../gnu-a), but present for gcc versions 9.2.0 and onwards. Also, there is a comparable download for the older linaro releases on this page, which go up to v7.5: https://releases.linaro.org/components/toolchain/binaries/
So there seems to be a gap regarding the gxx 8.2.x releases.
