Optimization issue with IAR compiler

Hi,

Actually i am using IAR compiler to build my code, there I am performing optimization for my code by using cmake through add_compile_options(-Ohz), while building code got error like "Error in command line: Option '-o' cannot be combined with the '-O' option"

Please help me on this.
