Hello friends. I am getting this error while compiling. what is the solution

That should be "old information" now that Keil has loosened up access to their compiler with their "community" edition (assuming you meet the limitations of that version.) You may need to install packs...

That should be "old information" now that Keil has loosened up access to their compiler with their "community" edition (assuming you meet the limitations of that version.) You may need to install packs. If you have the older ST-sponsored "M0 only" version, you may need to download a new version.

Further to this, check File > License Management, and make sure the correct edition is enabled.
