Hello,
Upon request to Get DS-5 Community Edition... I am directed to a 'Successful form submission' response page, which further says 'Thanks for Your Interest'.
And, it adds 'Thank you for requesting to download the DS-5 Community Edition'.
And further says... 'Your data was submitted successfully and we will be sending you a link to download via email shortly.'
I have gotten this same response twice in two days. Meanwhile, I get no email with link. And, I know my email is valid because I do get other emails from ARM.
My question is... Is anyone else finding their requests to get started with DS-5 CE lead to this claim that an email will arrive, but also find no email ever arrives?

Hi DJ,
In addition to Tony's recommendation, I must ask the cliche question of whether or not you've checked your spam folder? Often spam filters will trigger on emails with the word 'Download', so it's worth checking even if other emails from Arm make it through to your inbox. Please let Tony or myself know if the download email still isn't arriving into your inbox.

It's a great idea to ask. Unfortunately there are no emails from ARM being redirected to spam / junk / deleted emails folders.
As I mentioned in the original post... I am able to get email from ARM. And, both yours and Tony's responses to this forum post came through to my inbox straight away.

Strangely our automation system is showing that the email was sent to you successfully. I will escalate this through IT to see if they can determine what might be blocking the email from arriving in your inbox.
