I've read everything I could put my hands on to figure this out but have had no luck. I installed the win32 exe gcc-arm-none-eabi-6-2017-q2-update-win32-sha2.exe but it is not found by Eclipse. I know it says to leave the environment variable blank but I even tried that without success. On Eclipse in the list of available toolchains it just does not show. Any ideas why?
