Hi I am following the insructers in the DUI330A_eclipse_plugin_user_guide and ı still could not manage to add RealView Development Studio plug in.When ı try to install new software ı enter the site http://www.arm.com/eclipse but eclipse C/C++ IDE gives the error at the following picture.(https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6PckFDWPABzYjlSYVpaRm9IQk0).I tried with differenf computers too but got the same error ı have checked ı have ethernet connection.Does anyone have any idea ?

I wouldn't spend any more time on this.
RVDS and its' associated plug-ins are no longer supported by ARM. The document that you are referring to is over 10 years old (Rev. D is dated 2007 so Rev. A is somewhat earlier).
The last release of RVDS was in 2011.
DS-5 with its' Eclipse-based IDE is ARM's solution for embedded software development on ARM processors. Please see
