How can I manually add target in RVDS 4.1?

I installed Carbon SoC Designer and then RVDS 4.1. The RVDS was supposed to include SOC Designer in its target list,( it was supposed to be like the image below ) but SoC Designer did not show up.
I tried reinstalling for several times and the sad result remains.
So I was wondering if there are ways to manually add target in RVDS 4.1

Try the following...

* Launch SoC Designer and load the simulation
* Launch RVD and open the "Connect to Target" dialog
* Click on Add next to the "SoC Designer" entry
