Hi everybody
I have a reference platform containing an ARM Cortex-M3 with the SW interface (2 wire standard). I have RVDS v3.0 and a Multi-ICE. Can I configure the multi-ICE to access the Cortex via SW interface? How?

Multi-ICE does not support the Serial-Wire debug protocol. It only support JTAG operations.
Thanks for the information. Is there any other ARM JTAG box supporting the SW interface that I can use with RVDS v3.0?

Do you have to use RVDS 3.0? Could you switch to Keil MDK-ARM?
You can use Keil MDK-ARM with ULINK 2 / ULINK-Pro to use serial wire.
You can also create your image using RVDS, and use Keil MDK-ARM to download and debug the program.
