ARM University Program can provide complete sets of teaching materials (couseware) for educators to teach students in universities free of charge. To apply for the teaching materials, youwould need to go through the formal process to request from here The ARM University Program: For Educators - ARM ,  once got your request we can qualify and then give you the access to download the teaching materials (if qualified).
