I am currently trying to measure the core power on Raspberry PI.
I have successfully integrated gator daemon, driver and DS-5 Streamline for PI.
In the list of counters, I can see events related to Cache misses. However there is no power related counter available.
I would like to know if there is a way to measure core power on PI.
Hi,
You need to purchase the ARM Energy Probe and have it connected up to your target and also to configure Streamline to use it in order to use any power-related counters.
See ARM Energy Probe | ARM DS-5 Development Studio and also the Streamline User Guide, Chapter 11, "Capturing Energy Data"
I hope this answers the question as to why you cannot see any power-related counters.

Stuart
Hi vanchiramani and welcome to the community!
I have moved your questions to Software Development Tools where I hope you will find the answer to your question.
Does the RPi has the pins for ARM energy probe? I'm not sure how to use it from the User Guide.
Any idea ? Thanks.
