Dstream DS-5 is unreachable by the IDE and the web pages is empty

Hi all,
I have a DSTREAM DS-5 stopped to work, showing a connection failed from the IDE (fig.1) and when I tried to access using its IP it appears that nothing is running on it even if the led still light, and the web-panel showing a password panel instead of the Dstream led representation (fig.2).

Is it broken? Is there a way to recover it?

  • Hi

My name is Stephen and I work at Arm.

I assume that you've done the usual checks such as power-cycling the unit, checking cables, power supply, pinging it, firewalls, etc.

Have you tried a factory reset?  Press and hold the reset button for over 10 seconds until the status LED flashes red, to enter recovery mode.

If those don't help, then I suggest that you "Open a Support Case" using the link at the bottom of this page.  The Support team will be able to investigate further, and advise whether the unit needs to be returned for a repair.
