Hi all,I have a DSTREAM DS-5 stopped to work, showing a connection failed from the IDE (fig.1) and when I tried to access using its IP it appears that nothing is running on it even if the led still light, and the web-panel showing a password panel instead of the Dstream led representation (fig.2).Is it broken? Is there a way to recover it?Fig. 1Fig. 2
HiMy name is Stephen and I work at Arm.I assume that you've done the usual checks such as power-cycling the unit, checking cables, power supply, pinging it, firewalls, etc.Have you tried a factory reset? Press and hold the reset button for over 10 seconds until the status LED flashes red, to enter recovery mode.If those don't help, then I suggest that you "Open a Support Case" using the link at the bottom of this page. The Support team will be able to investigate further, and advise whether the unit needs to be returned for a repair.Stephen
Hi Stephen,
Thanks for the quick response. Yes, I have tried power cycling, checking the cable and the LED, and pinging the device - all without success.I have not tried a factory reset yet, as I wanted to keep it as a last resort before requesting a repair. (I will try in the next days and then I will update the post)Thanks
