I am trying to connect with USB Blaster to Cyclone V board.
Quartus installation includes the EDS command window and can compile preloader and uboot.
Getting an error
Why is this and how it can be fixed?

If you purchased tools directly from Intel you should contact them for support.
Is there a reason for using such an old version of the tools?
