Power supply for DSTRMST-KT-0197A

Hi Arm Team,

Thank you for your support.

I try to figure out what spec of Power adaptor for DSTRMST-KT-0197A.Reason is PSE Law in Japan needs to be approved for Power supply to use there.

I know 5 VDC. But I still need Current rate and Barrel plug size information.

Could you provide it?

    My name name is Stephen and I work at Arm.

    The power supply for DSTREAM-ST has an output 2.1 x 5.5mm plug to carry 5V DC at 4A.

    Early DSTREAM-STs came with a power supply delivering 5V DC at 5A.  More recent ones are now 5V DC at 8A.

    We can send you more information (data sheet and safety report) if you "Open a Support Case" from the Support > Arm Support Services at the top of this web-page, and quote this forum link.

    Yes, the output plug is rated at 4A.

    DSTREAM-ST is powered by one 4A plug.  But DSTREAM-PT and DSTREAM-HT have an additional pod, and require two 4A plugs.  So an 8A power supply is provided, for all DSTREAM variants.

    Please open a Support Case as I mentioned yesterday, then we can send you all the information you need.
