Hi
I am trying to debug my APOLLO AGILEX SOM BOARD using the USB cable provided which acts as the USB blaster, after selecting the debug configuration it prompts an error
HiMy name is Stephen and I work at Arm.Sorry to hear that you've hit this issue. Are you using Arm DS 2024.0?Unfortunately, there's a problem with USB Blaster support in Arm DS 2024.0. This will be fixed in the next release. In the meantime, a workaround for Arm DS 2024.0 is to make a small change to a text file in the Arm DS installation:In sw/debugger/configdb/Scripts/rddi_dap_debug_server.py, replace "rddidap_serverd" with "rddi_serverd".That should restore the USB Blaster functionality. Please do let us know whether that is successful for you.Stephen
Hi Stephen,
It resolved the above issue, Thank you for the response.
after changing the script it goes into debug mode but says the hardware could not be verified. In the debug configuration tab under the connection for platform selection, there is Agilex 7 M & Agilex 7 SoC I have selected both but resulted in the same response
I'm not familiar with the Agilex platform, but spotted that an Arria 10 user had previously reported on this forum the same "The target hardware identity could not be verified" error that you see. Please take a look at:

Does that help?Stephen
Hi again,
