Error downloading Arm Development Studio

Hi.

I just created an account today and am having trouble.

I just registered today for a DS000B DEVELOPMENT STUDIO SILVER FL 1YR license and am trying to download Arm Development Studio, but I get the following error.

Could not retrieve data.

Error 1401.

Here is the link I am trying to download from.

I have tried clearing the browser cache and using a different PC, but the same error occurs.

I would be glad to get help from you guys.
