Possibly a daft question, but what is the RTL view? Do you mean the instruction encoding?

I do not know RTL too.
So!!! I've looked on Internet
Is RTL a kind of code source description used by gcc compiler between parsing and optimizing process ?
I do not find where to find syntaxe description.
But ! why do you you want this ?
May be gcc have an option to output the "RTL view"
