Avoid the "Tutorials and Videos" window on DS startup?

Indeed from the screenshot, it seems you have it open multiple times, which should not be possible. In Window > Preferences you can disable automatic updates of the view (as well as the prompt for the feedback survey).

Between this and other issues you are having with the FVP as reported on another thread, I wonder if your installation is corrupt somehow (??).
