ARM studio - " Login failed. Check your email address and password are correct. " - despite correct email and password

Having a bit of an issue when trying to get the 30 day license for ARM studio, when trying to login I'm met with this issue; I've tried restarting the program as well as resetting my password already. Any help would be appreciated.

We believe the issues with generating licenses has been resolved. If you continue to see issues, please raise a support case from the above support menu.
