I wanted to generate a 30 day evaluation license from ARM DS IDE. Even though the login credentials are correct, I am unable to login to my account but I am able to login to account in website. I have also sent a mail to support to provide me a license for MAC ID which is being shared in the mail. Kindly help me with this login issue ASAP.
I have the same problem. Cannot acquire a license, because my credentials are not accepted. Login to your website works from a browser window on the same server. I have created a support ticket, but something is wrong with your system I suppose.

Any progress here? I have created a support ticket over a week ago and got the response "we are working on it" two days after. No response after that although I sent a reminder in the beginning of this week. We would desperately need the evaluation license in our company to determine if this is the right tool for our purposes.
