Unable to login to create a 30 day evaluation license for ARM DS

Hi team,

     I wanted to generate a 30 day evaluation license from ARM DS IDE. Even though the login credentials are correct, I am unable to login to my account but I am able to login to account in website. I have also sent a mail to support to provide me a license for MAC ID which is being shared in the mail. Kindly help me with this login issue ASAP.

    My name is Stephen and I work at Arm.

    The Arm license system appears to be working correctly.  I am able to log in and obtain a 30 day evaluation license.

    It is possible that the Arm server is blocked by a firewall on your side?  You may need to check this with your IT administration team.

    My colleagues in the Support team will follow-up with you.
