How to connect ARM Dev Studio to NXP FRDM-K22F board?

What sort of probe / connection would I need to connect ARM Dev Studio, on Windows, to a NXP FRDM-K22F board please?

(The NXP FRDM-K22F supports 'OpenSDAv2.1 serial and debug interface').
