[Trial version] Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect

Dear Arm professional staffs,

I got "Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect" when trying to add license.

Would you mind checking this issue?

    Hello,

    Like Ronan, I've also just tested obtaining an Evaluation license, and it works for me too.

    If you are still having problems, please whitelist 217.140.99.179 in your firewall, which corresponds to a page on the public developer.arm.com. Default http ports 80 and 443 should be sufficient.
