Hello, Like Ronan, I've also just tested obtaining an Evaluation license, and it works for me too.If you are still having problems, please whitelist 217.140.99.179 in your firewall, which corresponds to a page on the public developer.arm.com. Default http ports 80 and 443 should be sufficient.Stephen
