Hi,
I am using ARM DS-5 for my SoC FPGA (arria 10) and I try to compile the Free RTOS code for arria 10 SoC, which I use Altera bare metal gcc. But I encountered with two errors.
1."selected processor does not support `cpsie i' in ARM mode."
2."make: *** [subdir.mk:36: main.o] Error"
I can give a little from my setup. My software is SoCEDS 19.3 (from altera), ARM DS-5 v5.29.2 and my windows 10.
Please help me to solve this error.
Hi JP_Qus
This forum is for questions on using the community. Please take a look at https://community.arm.com/developer/f and let me know which product forum I can move this question to.
Thanks
Oli from the Community team
Please move this to ARM Compiler forum, ARM Development platform forum, ARM Development studio forum, cortex-A/A-profile forum.
Done :)
I cannot see the command line used in the image above. If you right-click on the project and navigate to Properties > C/C++ Build > Build settings, you can check that the compiler is set for the correct processor (Cortex-A9).
Note that this toolchain is supported by Intel rather than Arm - you may get a more prompt response by posting your question to their forumhttps://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-SoC-FPGA-Embedded/bd-p/soc-fpga-embedded-development-suite
