Hi all, I bought a STM32F429IIT6 after reading a detailed introduction article about this device, here's the link https://www.apogeeweb.net/circuitry/stm32f429iit6-specification-datasheet-feature.html
the problem is after I got this device I found out that I got a STM32F429IGT6 at home already, so are these two can be used interchangeably?
thanks in advance.
This is really a question for ST - I had a quick look at their website, where there is a product selector and comparison tool:
https://www.st.com/en/microcontrollers-microprocessors/stm32f429-439.html
The two devices appear identical other than the available on-chip Flash, 2MB on the II version, only 1MB on the IG version.

Indeed it is.
The meanings of the suffix letters - "IIT6" and "IGT6" - will be given in the ST datasheet.
To understand what "belongs" to ARM, and what "belongs" to the chip manufacturer (eg, ST), see:

thanks mate, really helpful!
