ARM DStudio can't detect Juno CPU core via DStream

Hi ,

I'm debugging Linux kernel on Juno via DStream and the latest ARM DStudio, but it reports the bellow error information. I ensure that the Jtag cable is functional, please see the attached files. of course, we have the valid lisence. whether you have any suggestion to fix this issue?

WARNING(DTS1-NAL59):
! Unable to connect to device JunoR2SystemControl
! No voltage detected on target.

Dear Ronan,

Thanks for your timely reply. I double checked my 20-pin Jtag cable, one pin TMS, it seems this pin exists a bit connectness issue. I will buy a new cable and try again. but I'm not sure whether this is a factor for 'No voltage detected on target'. actually DStudio and DStream work normally last Friday.
