Hi ,
I'm debugging Linux kernel on Juno via DStream and the latest ARM DStudio, but it reports the bellow error information. I ensure that the Jtag cable is functional, please see the attached files. of course, we have the valid lisence. whether you have any suggestion to fix this issue?
WARNING(DTS1-NAL59): ! Unable to connect to device JunoR2SystemControl! No voltage detected on target.
Thanks,
QiangHuang
Hello, thank you for providing a picture of your setup. I see that on the DSTREAM hardware, the Target LED is not illuminated, and so it is not detecting Vcc from JTAG. Can you check your connections, including from the outer shall of the Juno to the internal board?Though not directly relevant to this issue, you may find the below article also useful... especially the settings of cpuidle for debugging the kernel:community.arm.com/.../common-issues-using-ds-5-with-juno
Dear Ronan,
Thanks for your timely reply. I double checked my 20-pin Jtag cable, one pin TMS, it seems this pin exists a bit connectness issue. I will buy a new cable and try again. but I'm not sure whether this is a factor for 'No voltage detected on target'. actually DStudio and DStream work normally last Friday.
Thanks a lot,
