ARM's Server "remote query (response code 503)" for license

I'm trying to obtain a Development Studio evaluation license, but it seems the license server is running into problems.
The product setup wizard says that was "Unable to execute remote query (response code 503)".

Is there any Way to rectify it? I am getting this message from 17-07-2020. 

Let me know what things I can do to make it work
