My DStream does not boot by powercycle

My DStream suddently didn't boot after powercycle. All LEDs are off after the power is applied. But it can boot correctly after I press the reset button for a few seconds. I have refreshed the FW in the restoring mode, but the problem is still there. Anybody knows what might be wrong with my DStream? Thanks.

Sorry for the delay in responding, due to the Christmas holidays. Is this still a problem for you?

Have you tried a factory reset of the DSTREAM, by pressing and holding the reset button for > 10 seconds?

If that doesn't resolve the problem, please can you tell us which type of DSTREAM, exactly, are you using (e.g. an original DSTREAM, DSTREAM-ST, DSTREAM-PT, or DSTREAM-HT). Are you using it via USB or Ethernet?

If via Ethernet, please can you try just using USB? The DSTREAM might fail to boot if the DHCP server has run out of IP addresses for the domain. This can happen even if the USB cable is connected too. This can be worked-around for USB by removing the Ethernet cable, leaving only the USB cable connected and then rebooting.

If this still does not resolve the problem, there may be a hardware fault with the DSTREAM, in which case it will need to be repaired by Arm. Arm have a repairs process to handle this situation.  Please either send an e-mail to support@arm.com or raise a support case via https://developer.arm.com/support.
