Power cycling the target board while debugging

Hi,

I'm very new to DS-5 and debbgers in general, I was wondering, If it possible to use DS-5 with RealView ICE debugger to debug a test scenario, which includes multiple power-cycle of the entire target board. In the debugger session's "Debug Control" Panel, I connect to the CPUs and let the CPUs start "running". At this moment everything is fine. My question is if now I do the power cycle of this custom board, would the debugging session continue ?

Setup:

  • Tool: DS-5 Professional Edition Version: 5.28.1, Build number: 5281011
  • Debugging target: Custom SoC with multiple ARM cortex R5 CPUs

Thank you for your help.
