OpenCL NEON Cortex-A9

Hi,

I have seen the ARM webpage for OpenCL SDK for NEON and Cortex-A9.

But I couldn't find any page to download the SDK and test that on Cortex-A9 available in Xilinx Zynq.

Is this SDK available for download?
