IAR Linking issue at High optimization level

Hi,

I am using IAR for development. 

When i change the compiler option from None to High, it generates below linking error 

Error[Lp011]: section placement failed

However if i disable static clustering option, it works even when optimization level is set as high...

Anyone knows whats the problem if i enable static clustering.
