Cortex-A9 revisions

Note: This was originally posted on 24th July 2013 at http://forums.arm.com

Hi,
I am writing to enquire about Cortex-A9 revisions. I have seen many updates of this core, and I have a question: "Is it possible to know the revision of the Cortex core in a SoC?"
E.g.: I have an ODROID-X2 featuring an Exynos 4412 processor, and I would know which documentations (r2pX, r3pX, or r4pX) are needed. Plus, I would also know which Issue (B or C) of the ARMv7-A is implemented.
Thank you in advance for your reply.

    Hi Hugo,
I am afraid this is more a question for Samsung or for Hardkernel who I believe manufacture the ODROID.
They are the best placed to know the derivative they used, and if they use multiple versions.
Here is a dedicated forum for the ODROID-X2: http://forum.odroid.com/viewforum.php?f=5
    Cheers,
