RDV3-R1 and R1CFG1 platfrom facing OS Booting Issue with FVP

Hi,

I tried the Ubuntu OS boot on ARM neoverse RDV3 R1 platform with below release configuration. 

Release Tag: RD-INFRA-2024.09.30

FVP Version: 11.27.25

The boot is Hang after BIOS exit boot services. Can you please help on to fix this issue.

Observation: 

After launching the FVP, the AP core frequency showed on the terminal window is 100MHz for the AP processor.

From the LCP logs,  AP Core frequency value looks fine, the inital frequency value is 1750 MHz and scal it up to 2900 MHz. But it is not reflecting on the FVP terminals. 

Can you please confirm whether the FVP image for the tag version 11.27.25 supports RDV3-R1?
