Got gicv3 cpu interface warning: "we will now have two interrupts in the List registers in the active state with the same preemption priority 0x0."

hi,

When I run fvp with hypervisor and vms, I got the following warning message

"Warning: FVP_Base_RevC_2xAEMvA: cpu0.gicv3_cpu_if: With the interrupt id = 0x1b being activated, we will now have two interrupts in the List registers in the active state with the same preemption priority 0x0. This is a software programming error and results in UNPREDICTABLE behavior.
