I am not sure, here is correct place to ask this question. But I want to try ;
I have received an error : Memory read error at 0xF8000008: Cannot read write-only register, When I try to debug a basic memory test code, in CortexA9. I can not even debug a code on the processor. I searched a little. And it is seen an initialization problem. Any solution idea about this problem ?

Your question lacks information: For example are you using a bare metal test, an RTOS or an GPOS?Is your code running in privileged mode?
The answer is in your question - you can't read write-only register.
