I am working on one of TI's SOC using ARM M-4 processor. I was wondering if the ARM processors have any Power Good signal which can be used in software stack to control flow of application.
Or storing some data before power goes out completely.
Hello,
I think that almost all SoC/MCU will start (i.e. begin its boot sequence) after reaching the 'Power Good' state. If you want to know it, I think, you can set the GPIO to show that the SoC/MCU had booted up.
Best regards,
Yasuhiko Koumoto.
Hello again,
do you probably want to monitor the 'Power Good' state? If it is correct, I have no answer.
I think some MCU/SoC would implement such as momentary power failure or level down.
