Enabling Arm CCA on Nvidia Jetson AGX Thor with Neoverse-V3AE CPU

Hello Arm Community,

I am working with an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Thor development board, which features a 14-core Arm® Neoverse®-V3AE 64-bit CPU.

From the Arm product page, I understand that the Neoverse V3AE is "the first Neoverse CPU to support the Arm Confidential Computing Architecture (CCA)." Furthermore, in the Technical Reference Manual, I found the crucial detail that the V3AE core uses the Realm Management Extension (RME) only when the input signal LEGACYTZENis driven LOW.

My goal is to experiment with and enable CCA on this hardware. However, I have been unable to find the specific firmware or bootflow configuration required to set this LEGACYTZEN signal appropriately and bring up the CCA.

Could anyone from Arm or the community provide guidance on the concrete steps to enable CCA on a platform like this?

Thank you for your time and expertise.
