As per AMBA CHI 5 E.c in section 4.7.2 Table number 4-39 Mentions the state from which a RN can issue MakeInvalid from I state with an exception stating the below Before a CleanInvalid, MakeInvalid, or Evict transaction it is permitted for the cache state to be UC, UCE or SC. However, it is required that the cache state transitions to the I state before the transaction is issued. Therefore, Table 4-39 shows I state as the only initial state.Now the question is can RN also transition from UD to I before issuing MakeInvalid or it has to issue an Op which would transition the cache state from UD -> UC/SC/I & then issue MakeInvalid
