GIC-500 how connects to CPU cores?

BUt , I am also feel uncertain about "CPU Interface"， whear the“CPU Interface” is a part of the CPU or a part of the GIC ?
The CPU Interface is part of the processor itself. Practically speaking, it has to be as the CPU Interface registers are now accessed as system registers rather than memory mapped registers.
The CPU Interface(s) in the processor connects to GIC-500 using AXI Stream interface. The protocol used over this connection is described in the GICv3/GICv4 specification.
