I have find instuction clcles info in《Cortex-A9 NEON Media Processing Engine Technical Reference Manual》3.4.2 VFP instruction timing in
Now I want to know Arm-v9 Neon Insturction cycle info，but i do not find it in arm document。
Does anyone have this information to share with me or know where to get it
