Cortex M4 - Access Level

Hello,

In one of the arm cortex m4 processor based microcontroller, I've changed the access level to unprivilege, then when tried to access DEMCR, processor throwing exception.

I checked in arm cortex m4 user guide, there is no info related to DEMCR and its access level.

Then how to determine this register access level ?
