Cache and TCM Initialization

problems

The Cache and TCM memory of the ARM V8 CR52 kernel have the ECC verification function. When the ECC function is enabled on the power-on, do the ECC verification codes of the TCM and Cache need to be initialized? If yes, what is the process?
