Question about invalidate queue in ARM cache.

Hi, experts

   In many articles, I found they mentioned invalidate queue in cache for quick invalidate acknowledge in multi-cores system. for example: http://codelabs.ru/reading/whymb.2010.07.23a.pdf

   But I can't find any descriptions in any ARM trm, does "invalidate queue" have another name in ARM arch? Or ARM have another solution for it?
